  1. Share the brief. Dates, flight list, passenger numbers, venue pins, accommodation and baggage requirements.
  2. Review the proposal. Confirm vehicles, service windows, meeting points, contacts and the total price for the agreed scope.
  3. Confirm the operating details. Agree who can approve changes, how updates are communicated and the terms for extra stops or extended hours.
