Do not assume a vehicle automatically carries every seat type or that a booster suits every child. Ask the team to confirm the requested seats in writing along with your booking.
Choose space for people, seats and luggage
Our Sorento accommodates up to four passengers, the Vito up to seven and the minibus up to 18. Children count toward the passenger total. A pushchair, travel cot and several suitcases also need to be included in the luggage plan.
Our Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer has individual premium leather captain-style seats, front and rear dual-zone climate control, USB ports and 12V charging cables. Its long-wheelbase luggage area accommodates 6–8 large suitcases, depending on their dimensions; tell us about oversized equipment when booking. Capacity remains up to seven passengers.
A high-speed mobile Wi-Fi hotspot is available on board; actual speed and coverage depend on the mobile network. Chilled bottled water is complimentary on airport and intercity transfers.
An airport arrival with fewer moving parts
For a Marrakech or Essaouira airport pickup, send the flight number and keep your meeting instructions accessible. Your chauffeur tracks the flight and meets your family at the agreed arrivals point. No extra charge applies for a flight delay on the confirmed transfer.
Pack a small bag with snacks, a change of clothes and the items you need during the drive. USB and 12V charging are available in the Vito, but it is still useful to keep essential booking details saved offline.
Agree comfort breaks and your final drop-off
Request feeding, restroom or stretch breaks when planning the trip. We agree practical stopping places, extra time and any effect on the quote rather than promising unlimited stops on a fixed schedule.
If you are staying inside Essaouira’s medina, confirm the nearest accessible drop-off with your riad. Planning the short final walk is particularly useful with a pushchair or a sleeping child.
